Agent Murphy hand-over the case of going through cold case files, to the Charmed Sisters. It is their first Homeland Security case. While going through the files Phoebe and Billie come to know about the belt that gives superpower to Billie. The superpower of this belt is turning the sexes one another. A power-hungry female demon wants to make use of Billie in order to rule the underworld. In mean time Leo and Piper are in seek of a band to play at the P3. Paige shines with the handsome parlor officer named Henry (Ivan Sergei).
